MARCIN SKOLIMOWSKI
Marcin is a founder and creative director of Studio MASK, an interdisciplinary practice engaged in a wide range of projects from architecture, interior design to furniture and product design. Marcin has started his design journey at the Technical University of GdaÅ„sk. While studying, Marcin spent 6 months as an intern in New York's prestigious architectural practice of Peter Eisenman. Upon return to Poland in 2004 he received a Master’s degree in Architecture and Masterplanning. After his graduation he moved to London where he worked on a wide range of projects located globally in international practices (ARUP Associates, Woolf Architects, Stride Treglown and BCI Design). While in London Marcin received his Part III certification and became fully qualified architect. In 2011 Marcin moved to Singapore to further his career and design complex, large scale mixed-use developments in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China and Singapore. His greatest achievement of this period was to win an international competition to design Royal Caribbean's new Terminal in Miami against such practices like Zaha Hadid Architects and Bjarke Ingels Group. After delivering this project Marcin decided to move back to Poland and open his own studio to continue his architectural adventure in Warsaw.

ALEKSANDRA MACHOWSKA
Aleksandra is a managing director at Studio MASK working closely with our designers on a wide range of projects from initial idea all the way to completion. She's a fully qualified architect with a Master's degree from Technical University of Szczecin, faculty of Architecture and Masterplanning. Aleksandra has over 20 years of experience in design and management of complex projects in Poland and abroad. She worked with many international clients and practices on a wide scale projects (residential, hospitality, retail as well as a large scale industrial projects) which gave her a great understanding of client's needs and a design and construction processes. She has a great knowledge of a local building code, regulations and European development market. Always open-minded and enthusiastic in a swift delivery of the best possible value for her clients and end users.

JUSTYNA RUSNARCZYK
Justyna joined Studio MASK in August 2022.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. During her studies, she took part in a six-month exchange program at the Faculty of Architecture of KU Leuven in Ghent, Belgium.
Justyna has gathered her experience in several studios. She had an occasion to work on residential, commercial and historic building projects. Her work focuses on creating harmonious and functional spaces with modern solutions while keeping respect for history and the local architectural context.
Through her work on different types of projects, Justyna has gained skills both as an architect and interior designer, showing great attention to detail and with the ability to combine aesthetics and functionality. Her communication skills and ability to work in a team enables her to collaborate efficiently with both clients and other professionals in the building industry.
Most of her free time she spends in nature or by crafting pottery.

SZYMON PIOTROWSKI
Szymon joined Studio MASK in February 2023.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Gdańsk University of Technology. During his studies, he participated in and won awards in numerous architectural competitions. He gained professional experience in several architectural studios in various cities in Poland, working on both local and international projects.
In his work, he focuses on designing public utility architecture, with particular emphasis on the principles of sustainable development. In his designs, he places great importance on the context of the location, functionality, aesthetics, harmony, and detail. He pays special attention to how a building is perceived by others.
In addition to architectural structures, Szymon also designs interiors with great sensitivity, ranging from the smallest residential units to office spaces.
He has excellent communication skills and demonstrates exceptional empathy, which enables him to fully understand the needs of clients and create unique works from them.
